I like it when truckers are so considerate! When we were driving through rural Mexico, the truckers would flash their lights to let you know it was safe to pass them. I’d never heard of that and it made me more than a little nervous to believe it was really safe when I couldn’t see in front of the truck. Who would have known?
I learn that years ago on our cross country trips. When a truck would pass us, my dad would flash his lights to let the trucker know it was safe to pull over. Then the trucker would flash his lights back. Sometimes I felt like we were in a Smoky and the Bandit movie. LOL.
